Today we will be using Credit Wise to look at our credit report and find our rental history!

First, log in to your free account, or create a new account using Credit Wise. 

Once you have logged in or created an account, you will see your TransUnion score!

You will see a lot of very important and helpful information underneath your score, but for now, click on the Report icon. Click on Open Accounts to view a list of all your active accounts.

After you have clicked on Open Accounts, you might see different types of accounts for credit cards, student loans, auto loans and maybe even some other items. Today, we are looking for Rental Kharma. Rental history will be listed as an "Other Loan" or "Other Account."  You should be looking for an account named "RK/Residence." RK stands for Rental Kharma, naturally!

If you see "RK/Residence" then hooray! Your rental information was successfully added to your credit report!

Not seeing "RK/Residence" yet? Typically it takes anywhere from 7-10 business days for your information to be added to your credit report after we verify and send off your rental history.

Click on the account to see more details. Let's keep going! 

You will see that the Highest Balance and Monthly Payment both reflect your monthly rent payment amount. You can also see the Date of Last Payment as well as the Date Last Reported for the most up-to-date information for your account. 

You can also see the payment history for your rental information, however these little boxes with the letter C in them might not always be up to date. If there are any payments that were over 30 days late, those will appear as well.

As you can see, the most recent month Rental Kharma was able to verify is July 1st 2017. Sometimes, your credit report takes a little bit of time for everything to accurately display all the months that have been paid.
