No, Rental Kharma is a service that is free for landlords and property managers.
How much time does this take?
The initial verification takes as little as 3 to 5 minutes of your time. Monthly updates take less than a minute on average.
What are my contact options?
For initial verification, this must be completed in a phone call or with an email.
For monthly updates, Rental Kharma can send text messages, emails, phone calls, and if you like, faxes.
- We can either send you a text message or an email with a link to a monthly update page, give you a phone call or send a fax to verify your tenant’s rental payment for the month!
- We want to know 1 of 3 things, whether your tenant has paid rent for the month, if they were more than 30 days late with their rental payment or if they have moved out.
How do I sign up my other tenants?
Please have them give us a call at 720-307-1466 or sign up on our website! They will need to register for services before we contact you about their rental history.
