Start by going to our home page, and under the "My Account" tab, click on "Member Login."

Portal Home Base
Once you have successfully logged in, you will see this page. There will be several options on the left side to view your account status, details, billing information and a few other resources!
Let's click on "Status Tracker" first! The status tracker will let you know the dates of Registration, Rental Verification, and the Date Reported to Your Credit Report. If your rent has not yet been verified, you will receive email and text message confirmation when it has been!
Let's look at the "Account Details" page. This page will show your address, the day we first sent your rental history to TransUnion, the last month we have verified, your monthly rent amount, the number of months reported and the lease status.
Moving on to the "Billing Details" section. On this page, you can see your payment history, details and subscription plan. This page will look different for most of our members, as we offer payment plans and different rates for single renters and members with a roommate.
Clicking on "Check My Credit Scores" will open up a new tab and take you to Credit Karma. We highly recommend setting up a free account on Credit Karma to check your credit score! They have so many great resources and educational tools to help you on your credit journey.
